Delivery Times

Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 22:00 (10 PM) London Time are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 22:00 will begin processing the following business day.

We process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business day (Monday–Friday).
This includes order confirmation, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Transit Time — 5 to 8 Business Days

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

Total Delivery Time — 6 to 10 Business Days

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days from the time they are placed.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or is not collected from a Royal Mail pick-up point, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or Royal Mail delays). If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a solution.
